Refugio Muñoz de Luna, titular del área, confirmó que la modalidad de renovación automática continuará hasta que el semáforo epidemiológico del COVID-19 permita que los ciudadanos puedan acudir sin ningún riesgo hasta las instalaciones de la Comisión.
Indicó que desde finales del mes de marzo recién inició la contingencia sanitaria, se han renovado más de 27 mil descuentos de manera automática en beneficio del mismo número de familias.
Subrayó que aquellas personas de la tercera edad, pensionados, jubilados o de escasos recursos que necesiten hacer el trámite por primera vez, pueden comunicarse a la línea telefónica 449 915 15 13 , extensiones 263 y 264, en donde personal del Departamento de Credencialización de CCAPAMA les atenderá para efectuar el descuento a través del Fondo de Apoyo Social (FAS).
